Maintaining a small and intimate group is intentional with a cap of 8-10 individuals.

Couples Therapy: Improving relationships and marital conflict with greater communication and conflict resolution. Treatment model derived from Stan Tatkin's PACT model.

Family Therapy: It is encouraged to include the family in the individual therapy, of the identified client. In particular, it is key to involve the family in the treatment of adolescents and substance users. Treatment model derived from Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT).

Mindfulness Skills Development: Anxiety and depression have a bio-psychological component that mindfulness can help address. Skills and techniques introduced include; guided meditation, guided imagery, breathing techniques and various emotional regulation skills borrowed from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Such skills are provided in a group and/or individual therapy setting. Inspiration for this treatment comes from Buddhist philosophies, Advaita, and John Kabat-Zinn's MBSR model.
